New out of state investor from Southern California
Greetings Everyone!
Glad to join this Real Estate Community! I'm Steven Pearson, currently reside in Southern California and I am looking to invest out of state with David Greene's model of building a core 4 team, possibly in OH as my first market.
I'm looking forward to soaking up as much information as I can from everyone here and networking. I currently already do business in improving efficiency and Downtime in Food Manufacturing in many cities all over the US include Tipp City, Columbus, Cincinnati, Leipsec, Lima and Dayton, as far as Ohio is concerned.

I live in San Diego, was featured on Pages 25-26 of Brandon and Josh's newest book, I was also featured on Podcast 238. I have 8 apartment complexes in Lake County, Euclid, and Akron.
