Hi Everyone!

I am just starting off my real estate career, but I have been thinking and talking about doing it for quite some time now. Since I graduated from college in 2004, I have been living a life of salesman ranging from copy machines to house molding to tax resources. Currently I am working full time as a pharmaceutical sales representative near where I live and I am spending all of my free time learning how to invest in my local market. I recently acquired my first investment property in November of 2014 and am excited to continue on this journey.

My personality is that of an extremely hard working, persistent, honest and positive person. I think these are the attributes that have made me successful in the past; not only in attaining goals but in developing a life that includes little stress and happy people. I have always been able to set my sights on something and then put everything I have into attaining those goals - I plan on doing to same in this next phase of my life.

Although still new, I am extremely open to anyone reaching out. I will offer any advice I can or just be someone to bounce ideas off of. I really believe that a rising tide raises all ships and I want to help raise the water.

I look forward to being a part of this community.

welcome @Mike Cowper! You're definitely in the right place. Congrats on your first investment. I grew up and have family in Michigan and am putting serious thought into building a portfolio out that way. I think there's a lot of opportunity compared to the saturated market of Southern California.

Good luck and happy hunting!

Bruce
