If you are looking to be more active I would suggest looking into the BRRRR method to try and stretch that money a bit further.

@Marc Ramsay, it's encouraging to see an example of a Canadian pulling of projects in the US; It seems like the investment dollar can be stretched a lot further there.

Even if it were just shy of my max, no matter how much I drooled over it, I typically ignore them because it would stretch my cash on hand too much.Again, my 2 cents in my world of hard money and wholesalers.Good luck!
