I want to offer a free ebook on my website

Hey Everyone,

So I am a little under a month till my website goes live and I wanted to offer a free ebook to people that come to my site. I want to provide value and not something that is a waste of someones time. Its mainly a lead generation site but it also is our companies website. The problem is that being new I don't feel confident enough to write something myself yet. I see people that have ebooks from other professionals as a free download. What could I offer to start out?

We have a blog so that shows what we are doing currently so I am not worried about it providing a snapshot of our experience. I just don't want to offer a piece of junk.

Suggestions?
