Guarantee Rate Lender

Hello All,

So I am researching in order to purchase my first investment property. I live in the Chicagoland area and plan to invest here in the beginning to get my feet wet. I am also taking online courses to get my real estate license in Illinois. I went to a free seminar a couple of weeks ago hosted by a realty company named City Point (never heard of until the seminar) and then there were people there from a place called Guaranteed Rate. They provided some good learning information however I never heard of this company Guaranteed rate. I plan to start of with a 203K loan with an decent building hopefully I can come across a good deal in an upcoming area. The woman who was with guaranteed rate said she will email me to introduce me to her coworker her specializes in the 203k loans and the whole process.

My question is has anyone heard of this company? And would it be worth the time to start working with them or try researching with other companies? What would be some important questions to ask them? Thanks for any help or tips you all might have.
