I joined to make new connections with other investors who share the same ambition and passion for Real Estate as I do. 

I realized that my problem was FEAR, fear that my offer would be accepted, fear that I would make a mistake and I'd be criticized for my ambition to be financial successful and the fear of the unknown - understanding that I didn't know what I didn't know!

The lack of any real high standard of education means that many who get into the industry tend to be from the lower pecking order but with high ambition  - and often with few scruples.

It is six square miles of ambition to bring auto manufacturers and suppliers to the region and provide the population with thousands of good jobs.While the Megasite is located in Haywood County, officials expect the lump sum of jobs to be filled by Memphis and Shelby County residents.

As of now my priority has changed and frankly being my own boss and financial independence is a big dream I know, but my ambition is bigger than that.

I love your ambition... and there is nothing wrong with being aggressive.
