New here to BP. Looking to purchase my second property. I currently own a single family home north of Baltimore but am looking for something a bit more ambitious, such as a multi-family or apartment building. 

I joined to make new connections with other investors who share the same ambition and passion for Real Estate as I do. 

I currently work as a Mechanical Engineer but see real estate as a means of financial security.
