Georgia Newbie Intro

Hi, My name is Denise Turnipseed and I'm new to the RE investing business.  I'm located and working in the Gwinnett County, Georgia area (Dacula, Lawrenceville, Johns Creek, Duluth, Buford & Suwanee, in particular), and am currently getting started in the area of wholesaling.  My goal is to also add in rehabbing and buying & holding.  I sold real estate as a sales agent in 2008-9 (worst time in history), then went back to a corporate job.  I'm seeking to learn as much as possible - but on the investing side of things this time. 

I recently took part in a Fortune Builders 3 day seminar.  However, this website has been an incredible find, providing me with a wealth of knowledge so far.  I'm looking forward to learning, and at some point, helping others to learn.
