Hi everyone this is Oscar! Quick info, workinf and studying full time. (Pretty much why I want to get into real estate's.) I have been listening and reading money tips and frankly with a full time job in the career I'm studying is a blessing. Although after a year it lost its passion. I realized how much money I am making for someone else. I will always have a interest in machining. As of now my priority has changed and frankly being my own boss and financial independence is a big dream I know, but my ambition is bigger than that. So any tips for a young newbie or path to take is greatly  appreciate.
