Hi everyone,

My name is James A. Flowers. My partner and I both reside in Prince Georges County, Md. So far we have been educating ourselves, listening to the BiggerPockets podcast daily, currently reading The Book on Flipping Houses by J. Scott, and working on developing a plan for success. Although we both have interest in flipping houses, we both are interested in accumulating wealth. Lately, we have been going back and forth on if we should flip houses or buy/hold in order to generate wealth.  Hey maybe a little bit of both. I'm interested in hearing everyone's opinion about the best strategy to accumulate wealth via real estate. Oh yes - since we grew up in the Fort Washington - Accokeek area we are interested in investing in Southern Prince Georges County, Maryland. I am looking forward to hearing from everyone. Have a blessed day!!!

Hi @James A. Flowers and welcome to Bigger Pockets. BP has a lot to offer when it comes to real estate information. BP is a great place to network with other real estate investors. I wish you all the best. You are not alone in your real estate ambition.
