We (landlords/investors) should not be playing a part of relief for people (citizens).

I have severe eczema on my hands that crack and bleed and i didn't have a good grip on the gun and in trying to remove to bullet the gun slipped and went off and through the wall.

Unfortunately the short term rental market I do not see them getting any relief that will end up helping them.

But if you want to stay in business, giving relief where none is even asked for is a questionable decision.

@Marc WinterOur city has also enacted a “no eviction rule” and we wanted to get ahead of it by providing some relief for our valued tenants.

@Davide FormicaNone of my tenants have asked for relief yet.
