Great location with proximity to the CLT airport, large development with I85 running right through it, and commuting distance to CLT.

That could be no garage (when all the other homes on the street have one), backing up to or on a busy main street, bordering or in ear shot of active railroad tracks, in airport flight paths, or where the subject property sits next to or across from a trashed house.

We have a central location to the entire state, an amazing International airport, cruise ports, theme parks (of course), great growth, easy access to east and west beaches, every kid in the world knows where Disney is AND wants to go there.

Primarily to see what other areas outside of Denver could be a possibility (with our desire to have space but still be close to an airport).   

Also, the metra runs through that area and heads to Park Ridge which I really like also.Plus, super close to O'hare airport.

I dread it when I have to go anywhere between 240 and the airport :) 

Elon Musk also made this comment, which is a fair indicator it will be at that location: "So we're here in Austin and our factory is like five minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown.

ITP - this is mostly on the westside but I do know some folks doing well in the south ATL neighborhoods and if you like STR, sticking around the airport would be smart. 

I'd like to live within 30-mins driving or Uber to a major hub airport with affordable, direct international flights (EWR, JFK, MIA, FLL, ORD etc. are examples).
