I was looking at potentially relocating to Broward, Florida but I am open to moving to other areas of the USA.The past year I was travelling around the world doing volunteer work in various countries but I'm thinking it's probably time to go back to paid work.I would super appreciate some advice from the intelligent folks on BP. 

You will find a lot great information here and meet a lot of intelligent people that will provide guidance and ideas as you go on on your real estate ventures.

I don't have much cash since I have to plan on being unemployed for a while, but I do have motivation, intelligence, and a whole lot of time.

That lease contract on that business artificially appreciates the value of the property because the cash flow increases over time.  

Hello BP,This is a late post but I wanted to gather the intelligence of the community on an issue I'm fighting with consciously.

I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad, I'm reading the intelligent investor, various foreclosure books and I recently started listening to all the BP podcasts.
