Hi everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Terence and I am a newbie real estate investor from NJ. Just a little bit of info about me: - I'm a college student, looking to use real estate investing as another hobby/source of income. I have a business partner named Frank, who is a realtor and we started our company Pre-Foreclosure Doctors, LLC earlier this year.
