Hello anyone of  you here undergo some sort of training to get the license?

Sometimes owners just want guaranteed rent, a low-headache tenant that doesn't call them, want to pre-lease multiple units undergoing construction, etc. etc.

There is nothing that is relevant in all circumstances and economies...Businesses related to things as basic as food, energy and sex have (and will continue to) undergo radical changes. 

Both are undergoing evictions right now.

Either things aren't as dire as the article makes out or RE investing will also undergo major changes.  

As for investing in university towns, I would endorse that as I myself have targeted towns that are undergoing rennasance revitalization .

As the Bronx is undergoing lots of change, there are plenty of investors buying up property, including myself.

A lot of the properties there are undergoing rehab, plus there is a lot of economic development underway as well.

Plumbing and electrical I do myself, while I have a couple guys that work for me on painting, roofs, etc...I also haven't been able to track it for very long, since most of my buildings have been undergoing improvements.

I lived in Daytona Beach (beachside) 3 years ago and agree with what @Patrick O'Sullivan says about mainland Daytona Beach - it has been undergoing a massive redevelopment around the speedway and there are some good deals there.
