New Member Introduction!
Hi guys,
My name is Kevin. I'm 23 years old and my parents are real estate agents so I've always been interested in it even though I'm an IT worker. Do any of you guys have any tips on where I can start investing in real estate? I wanted to try out-of-state rental properties through homeunion but not sure how profitable that is. I was also thinking of a rental property near a university that is dependent on off-campus housing. I live in New York by the way! I look forward to my journey on this forum! Thank you!
