How much to save for Cap Ex

Hello!

When analyzing a deal, what kind of percentage or dollar amount do you put on Cap Ex saving.  Currently, when I am analyzing a deal I put in a savings rate of $100 per month, not matter the size or condition.  

I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
