Speculative Daytona Appreciation

Hi,

Do people see Daytona as a place on the rise? I know that they are building a ton out there and they are trying to stimulate economy there and capitalize on tourism based on the below article. I want to buy a SFH, even though the returns are not as good as my local market now. Has anyone else heard good things about the developments in that market?

Thanks

Another fast-riser is Melbourne, FL. Lockheed is establishing its manned aircraft center of excellence in Melbourne and there is a huge influx of tech workers.
