Many times a house that looks great on line is s total dump inside or has a really bad burned down house beside it , railroad tracks , a murder scene or crazy barking dogs etc .. dont assume anything.

Maybe one of the tenants has their lease expiring in a month, maybe one of the tenants wants out of their lease anyways but doesn't want to break it, etc, but the listing agent and seller are unlikely to bark up that tree without an actual written offer in-hand.As long as you're thinking of finding the solution Day 1 of being in escrow, you will find the solution.

In the past, I've received some pretty outrageous notices from my HOA; things like "children no longer allowed in the common areas", and telling me what sidewalk I have to use to get my mail, because the route I was taking took me by an HOA member's house, and made her dog bark.
