It will be all the worse amongst the general public  if even one jaded article appears in the local press about my activities.

Don't let that intimidate you, you are new and un-jaded by the industry.Your drive will outweigh their experience. 

Hi @Amy Greger,I don't have your tax returns in front of me, so I could be wrong.I'm jaded by the bulk of self employed persons that do lie. 

Jade S. see if you can get tax abatement (employment, upgrades etc).

If you want to be jaded-- become a landlord.  ..we clear houses every time we leave because we expect people to try and break in,  we do fences because we know people will steal stuff if it's available... oh, and you think everyone lives like you?

@Jade DavisMake some bandit signs that simply say " We Buy Houses " with your phone#. 

Some are very jaded and believe everyone calls their dog a "support dog" to try and get through the no-pet policy.
