I have a friend in Utah who does locums for the medical field.

For Salt Lake County Utah, is there one that's going to be more accurate for our area than the others?

So excited to see what UT will do this year!

So CA in the 70's, St George, UT in 80's-90's, Casa Grande, AZ in early 2000's and so TX in mid 2000's till now and back to St George 3 years ago.

Sounds like you should be moving a wall a few inches.In Utah, I believe standard occupancy is 2 * # of rooms + 1... so we can have 3 in a 1 bedroom house, guess they sleep on the couch.

I'm fairly heavily invested in TX and lived in UT a long time and was very active there.

As most know, I have properties in UT,AZ, CA, many areas of TX, FL and Cancun, Mexico.
