Transfer title to Llc

I'm still kind of confused about this. My last post kind of confused me more lol. Can somebody please give me a step by step guide of how to transfer the title of property in Indianapolis that you closed on under your personal name to an LLC registered In Indiana? Please note I live in California and I haven't created LLC yet because I don't know what to do first. I just sent email to title company that I closed with last week. Did I contact right person about this. Thank you guys I couldn't do this without you guys.
