Occupancy permit for 2 but room for 4.
We have a 1/1 single family rental that we are advertising for rent. We have a family of 4 that is interested in moving in. They are a couple with 2 small children. Our rental is actually a 2/1 but the 2nd bedroom is a few inches short of counting as a actual bedroom. The house can hold 4 but occupancy permit calls for max of 2. What options do we have??? Anyone have some experience being in this situation?
