@Fumi Maher, I'm not from Austin but I will give you the advice I give those here in Utah (most of which should transfer just fine) Renting by the bedroom seems to bring in the best cashflow.

After voicing that I will be hiring an attorney and filing a compliant with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection all my ad spend was cut off without warning to make it look like I violating the agreement and I was also locked out of some areas CRM system.

I am very interested into diving into the house hacking space, hopefully here in Saint George, utah. looking forward to connecting!
