I may have gotten "lucky" again

As many on BP have heard before, I've been "lucky" in selecting areas to invest in over my career. It is well documented in my posts that I've been in the right place at the right time-and this helped my RE progress throughout the years.

So CA in the 70's, St George, UT in 80's-90's, Casa Grande, AZ in early 2000's and so TX in mid 2000's till now and back to St George 3 years ago. The first one was lucky since I just happened to be living there when I got into RE. The others have happened through LOTS of research and willingness to move to those places.

Well, maybe I just got LUCKY again. TWO days ago wifey and I signed a contract for new home in the best retirement community in the world, imo, after a lot of research. Front page of the paper this morning (daily sun) had the update on the Nations' # 1 Master Planned Community as per Irvine California based John Burns Real Estate Consulting. I must be lucky....

The growth going on here in The Villages and outside their borders is phenomenal..... I'm sitting on the sidelines at present, but this area/opportunity might be different. Time will tell. It is never a bad idea to cater to the affluent who have more discretionary spending ability than others. This is going to be a fun place to live and maybe invest in. Rich

p.s. In top 10-3 in FL, 4 in TX and 2 in Vegas(other was Irvine)
