@Quinton Bogle be careful of law firms selling comprehensive legal protection plans for the same reason you should not expect non-biased advice on investments from an annuity salesman.

You seem to be implying that some sort of bias could be inferred if a landlord treats people like people. 

@Andrew LawlorI don't work in Killington as much as I do Stowe, but I will say without bias that Stowe has higher home values, scarcity and historically my investor friends who have invested in Stowe see more of an ROI.
