Hello everyone, looking for someone who does market analysis to determine whether the area/location/lot is the right fit for the mobile home park development? If you know someone please direct me or connect with me.

Thanks,

Hiren

Most places that allow MHP development you don't want to build.

With that said I strongly suggest you buy existing. There are several reasons for this but one of the biggest is that I almost always buy my parks for less than it would cost to build.

Then you have the factor of bringing into homes which is a ton of work.
