Yesterday I found two properties im very interested in buying.. strangely enough they are right next to each other.

Not sure why they won't tell you a price, that seems a little strange.

I do however have a few questions:They may seem like strange questions but they came to me while reading.

As for the repairs, they are things like the sprinklers breaking in the back yard, the electrical is wierd on the swamp cooler, there's a leak in the roof - things that the tenant probably didn't cause or is responsible for but it's just strange that in 3 years I had absolutely no problem and they've had problems since day 1 - hence having to foot the bill myself.

So the government isn't going to think it is strange for you to want a contract before you build the center.

Strange, I thought this legislation was allready there.Attended an exhibition in Macau a few months back where a Company suggested that by purchasing RE for a value of USD 220K a green card could be obtained.....

I read and read until I felt confident, then I bought a threeplex.My parents and friends thought it was a strange idea.
