Your Customer Service is Too Good

So I'm trying out a new sign company (for a for sale sign). They both create and install signs, and since this listing is farther away then I would generally take, I decided to utilize both services and save myself a drive.

Well... each time I called them, they knew exactly who I was before I said who I was, and had already processed requests I'd sent just minutes before.

Don't get me wrong... I like good customer service. But when it's TOO good... it makes me wonder if they have any other customers. And if they don't... am I in for some kind of scam???

Curious on the opinions of others with regard to follow up that is so lightning quick, it kinda makes you wonder...
