This is a 2400 sq ft 2 king suite cabin loaded with amenities including an indoor heated pool similar to one of mine.  

After a few years here, I have slowly realized that, although I make really good money doing what I love doing, I don't make enough to live comfortably in this market.

California has specific mold laws - I suggest you read up on themCalifornia's "Toxic Mold Protection Act of 2001" authorizes the state's Department of Health Services (now called the Department of Health Care Services) to set permissible levels of indoor mold exposure for sensitive populations (like children, or people with compromised immune systems or respiratory problems).

Again just my opinion but I don’t think I’d make really any major investment decision over a few hundred a month in cash flow. 

Modulars are built with 2x4's (Cavco offers the option to upgrade to 2x6's and IMO is the best modular home maker). just like a house and can be placed on a pad.

Just a broken ice maker on the fridge probably would have cost more than this.

This is a much better investment and money maker.

At some point the tenants ice maker line leaked and they never told us about it.
