New Private Partner/Investor
Hello All,
A little about myself: My name is Jacob, and I am a brand new member of the Bigger Pockets community. I currently work as a machinist at the happiest place on earth, Disneyland. I have a beautiful wife and son, and live in the beautiful southern California area. After a few years here, I have slowly realized that, although I make really good money doing what I love doing, I don't make enough to live comfortably in this market. Some would suggest moving elsewhere, but not only do we enjoy the life we live out here, this is where all of our family is located. Therefor, that is the reason why I am here.
My wife is pursuing a career as a Real Estate Agent/Wholesale lender and I always thought that that was "her" dream to own real estate. But after doing some research myself, I find myself a little more excited about this journey than her. Unfortunately, the more research I do, the more I realize I am VERY late to this party. but as they say, its better late than never. So here I am, signing up for every webinar and presentation I can get my hands on.
Goals and Expectations: I believe, you are as smart as the people you choose to surround yourself with, therefor my goals coming into this community is to build a group of individuals I could surround myself with. Not only to learn the tricks of the trade, but to grow and build wealth with, whether its financial or informational.
So to all that are reading this! Please feel free to reach out to me. I am very new to this whole world, however I am very eager to learn and soak up as much information as I can. If you are looking for a partner to build and create with, am I here and eager to meet you. If you have any questions or concerns, I am always available.
I look forward to meeting all of you,
Thank you,
Jacob Canto
