They want to invest money with people who are movers and shakers...people who take action...like you.

It's like they will move really fast on things that benefit the lawmakers' political allies, but then "slow walk" on their obligations to inform the stakeholders.Gotta love NY.

I tried to be nice and do cash for keys/pay for a mover/moving van (I like the latter option).

As a beginner what would you guys think would be a smarter move renting it out, or flipping the house and move on to the next one.
