I am just a mere beginner trying to learn
Hello my name is Ben and I am a college student trying to find a way to maybe have “cheap” living. I understand buying a house is not cheap living. If I were to purchase property and fix up the property. As a beginner what would you guys think would be a smarter move renting it out, or flipping the house and move on to the next one.
