Rehabbers for Mobile Home

Does anyone know/specialize in Mobile Home rehab? My group is looking to buy multiple units and repair them to go in the park. I want to connect with some one to get a ballpark of costs and contract out the work before I buy used units.

Any suggestions/advice/tips, are appreciated.

Call all of the surrounding park owners, home movers, retail dealers and home wholesalers. These referrals already know how to fix a mobile home and realize that it's all about affordable housing and not McMansions. Some of our top rehab guys come from these sources.
