Hi Everyone,

Just getting my foot in the door in the world of real estate and curious to know what other fellow investors in WA state are doing and what they have found success in whether it is wholesale, flipping, buy & hold of SFR & MFR-Commercial.

Thanks,

@Isiah Williams I am a local buy and hold MF investor-Tumwater and Aberdeen mostly. Although anywhere within an hour's drive. Market is very high most places and not a lot of new stuff coming up for sale. The only path to success for me is trying to buy distressed properties from tired landlords. Need more of those!

Wa LL Association is a great place to get going if you have not already found it.
