Personally, these do not appeal to me very much because I also want to attract the professional/commuter clientele and don't want to deal with 90 yr old house issues like leaky basements, old wiring, cast iron pipes, etc...I would very much like to connect one on one and compare notes.

That's definitely the type of investment I want to dip my toes in at first, but of course there's always the hesitancy that comes with inexperience with the market and the lack of knowledge when it comes to required finances to actual get started.It's good to hear that all of the team stuff doesn't need to be completely ironed out.
