A little background about me, I currently live in Freehold, NJ…In the past I use to own a company that we bought land that we developed and built new custom homes back in the hay day from 1999-2006. Since the downturn in the market, I have reinvented myself/my business and I am part owner in a company that specializes in Window, Roofing and Siding replacement located in Morganville, NJ that has been established since 2001. I am just now planning to break into the wholesale, fix & flip arena and I am looking to network with other professionals to build a solid TEAM where we all WIN!

Experience

7 Years experience as a developer/builder....I use to own a company that we bought land that we developed and built new custom homes. I held a Real Estate Lic from 2004-2006 as well.

Real Estate Goals

My goals for 2015 is to wholesale a minimum of 1 deal per month and will double that goal in 2016. I am also looking to JV on 1-2 Fix and Flip deals for the remainder of this year and ramping up for 6-8 or more Fix & Flip deals in 2016! My 5 year goal is to acquire 10 rental properties along the way of my crusade to financial freedom :)
