Hello BiggerPockets Community!

I am about as new to the RE landscape as they come and have been perusing the forums of BP and others to get a good grasp on what is all entailed when looking to invest in real estate. I am 23 and I am most interested in multi-family housing as my first investment venture. I currently live in Spokane, Wa but I plan on moving to the Western Oregon area in about a year. I was very intimidated when I read about how many "team" members are recommended when starting out so if anyone can shed some light on that, it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks for reading!
