This is my first post on the Forum although I am frequently on just reading posts from others and browsing the different areas of the site.I am currently in the military and investing part time.

Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago, I was browsing Craigslist for re and I found a retiring investor willing to do owner finance.

In the podcast app in the search bar type in the show namesalso just do a general search for "wholesaling"download each episode that interests you'profitFor PC/Mac:install spotify (or other podcasting app)under browse click podcaststhen search for shows

The interface is very simple to use and it was designed with part time REI in mind.  

Usually this fixes most browsing problems.

Browse the "Learn" tab at the top of this page and get lost in all of the knowledge that is there.I am a strong advocate of finding a mentor that can guide you through this minefield.You also want to be sure to have a business plan in place before you make a major move...to many people skip this step and end up worse than they did before they started.You have a good foundation by being an expert in the mortgage industry.Also, everyone here is very helpful in answering any questions you may have.Much success!
