This is my first property to manage and would like to use a platform to centralize everything.  I've come across rentalutions, which looks pretty good. Though the lease service was lacking since i was not able to reorder added clauses to their standard lease.  

Does anyone have experience with rentalutions with using it for background and credit checks, lease signing, and rent collection?
