I'm new to real estate investing but have been in the mortgage industry for over 6 years from sales to underwriting. I'm starting with wholesaling and maybe some house hacking on a duplex as i move up to where i have over 200 rental properties. I'm an avid researcher and came across BP podcast along with a few others and began my process of learning and i put my feet on the ground.
