@Cynthia DeLuca The property management company (Excalibur Homes) that manages my portfolio uses Planet Synergy for its virtual assistance services, automated end-to-end management of transactions, owner portals, etc. as they manage over 1,600 rentals for investors like us.

The big home listing portals haven’t changed much.

August REI out of the Dallas area is $35 per loan per month and includes portal for you and buyer, tax forms for you and buyer, collections ( if needed), etc...

If you're looking to raise more capital look at doing an SEC compliant 506(C) with a Private Placement Memorandum and Form D as well as a full investor portal including flipbook for your presentation.

We use Avail, it tracks rent and collects payments, has maintenance requests portal. 

Hey @Bob Huggins, you might want to consider moving over to Evolve Vacation as those are all the platforms they are integrated with and have their own reporting platform and owner/manager portal.   

And if they don’t have a checking account, you’re not likely to get them to sign up with an online rent payment portal like Cozy (or the other ones like them), so you’ll need an alternate option.
