Looking for suggestions on which program is the best for tenant tracking and rent tracking. We recently started using BuIldIum It seems ok but we also use QuIckBooks I just read LandlordIng on Auto pIlot by MIke Butler. MIke seems to have a great system In place that is actually QuickBooks based. His system Investor Books Pro links with the QuickBooks. Any thoughts

@Adam Karr

If you are using Buildium and QuickBooks. All you need is to enter the money received from all tenant by property in summary each month. Do not overcomplicate it. Keep it simple.

Can you share what you are looking for specifically?
