I've logged about 50k miles on planes in the past few months and have downloaded and listened to most of the ones that are in line with my investment strategy (buy and hold, landlording, financing deals, etc.).

Log into Listsource, pick 99-100 equity, SFR, 2-4 bedrooms, purchased within the last 9 months absentee owned.

I subscribed to 3 counties and every day, I could log in to the site, and get the lists of every Lis Pendens that was filed in the clerks' offices of all 3 counties the day before.

My only complaint is there isn't a back log of 500 shows to listen to.

Because before a land owner was going to let you log their timber you had to create that kind of reporte' we were competing with log buyers from the Mills who tended to be pretty gruff dudes and working for a salary.Steve ( my partner) always had a cooler with Salmon and Elk Jerky in it..

My thought was to see if I can get one of those flexible part time jobs with a telemarketing firm to get some hours logged in with the process before going after my own RE leads, and make a few bucks on the side.Thoughts on that plan?  

She had called other investors that week, but not me for whatever reason (again, they call whoever's letter they are holding at the time they decide to dump the property).While you're obviously logging every call, make a special list of anyone who seemed promising, but wasn't ready to sell or was off a little on price.

Then call the lead company back up and complain to them that the leads they gave you were crap (if they were actually crap, and you can verify this by the meticulous conversation log you kept).

I've had a crazy week and just logged back onto BP.
