Hello Everyone, My name is Timothy. I live in Baltimore, Maryland. I’m new to the real estate investing and this is a whole new learning experience for me. For years now I have been trying to learn about investing in real estate and how to get started. I’m looking forward to learning more about Wholesaling and owning Multifamily units. I’m looking to gain as much knowledge as possible…

hi everyone, I'm a landlord for many years in Baltimore, I own properties throughout the city and manage them myself with a staff, I'm happy to give you the largest truth I've ever learned. Complacency costs money, in all things. Aka, the more you depend on others to solve your problems, the more expensive the solution will cost you. This lesson applies to all aspects of real estate investment.
