What all do I ask the seller?
I purchased a list of motivated sellers leads. I have all the information I need to know about the houses for sale including the sellers motivation for selling their houses. If I was to call the sellers up to strike up a deal. What all do I need to say to the sellers considering I have nearly all the information I need beforehand? There are some leads on the list that have me worried. Some of the leads on the list have owners name that do not match owners name on the tax records. Why is that? And should I not bother with those leads? Also there are a few leads where the owners are asking for more than the loan balance on the house. For example, one seller owes like $9k on their home, but asking price is $12k. The only information I do not have about the house prior to striking a deal is the cost of repairs.
