I doubt your going to see homes up Against the leading edge of the boreal forest armoured against future fires with metal roof, stucco, concrete etc.

He called me and told me that there was no access inside but he did a sweep and found a heavy metal signal picking up on the end of the property.

Smaller than what I would like ideally, but it is rented through 12/31/2017 for $900/mo and listed for $67,500 which includes "$32,000 in repairs" which include a newer metal roof, new flooring, new zone AC (the type with a compressor outside and a single wall-mounted evaporator/blower inside.  

Last summer, I spend more than 1.7K on AC repairs ( adding refrigerant gas, cleaning coil and ducts, and much more) that seems to go nowhere.

Account Closed   I was just in Chicago  NIce balmy 0 degree's but you should see what they do to secure homes that are being renovated or have gone vacant.. its called a Dawg system.. you can probably google it.. but its metal doors and window guards that cannot be removed unless you have a jaws of life type of apparatus. 

If they were made of metal. you could at least get a scrap dealer to come get it.

I agree with @Linda Weygant , if they've met all your acceptance requirements and been approved you may have an issue with rejecting them.
