Has anyone like me ever had a home vacant for 3 days only to see it stripped of all its wiring and had all the appliances "Borrowed"?

They don't care if the power is on or not. They'll turn it off on the meter. The only thing that has worked for me is putting monitored, wireless alarm systems into each one of my houses.  It's difficult though, if you have an eviction and you don't know exactly when the tenant is gone and the power is off.
