I haven't actually been inside yet but it looks like it will need a kitchen remodel, maybe take out some walls, additional drywall repair, full interior paint job, hardwood floor refinish.  

Installed 1000 sq. feet of hardwood floors in 2 days.

Lots of simple things could be done to increase value as well (hardwood/tile floors, new cabinets, counter tops, paint).

You could always do hardwood looking tile as well. :)
