My first flip is almost completed

Hello to all!! I bought a house in a good area that is close to a gradeschool and shopping. The home needed a bath and kitchen remodel as well as paint. I have had a friend do some of the work for me as he has lots of expirience in handyman projects. We basically had to remove lots of junk from the home before we could get started. After that was done then it was time to work and get this project rollin'. My wife was a great source of help and she picked out the paint colors, tiles, kitchen counter, and many other "things" to make this project look good. I must say that a womans touch is what was needed and will sell the home. I have wanted to dabble in real estate for years but i had to find a sure thing the first time around so my wife and I would be inspired to do this again soon. I have to refinish the hardwood floors then we will be ready to sell. We are going to try and sell it ourselves but if we cannot do so then we will list it with a realtor. I think a few signs about an open house and some advertising in the local paper and craigslist will help us sell. So after i sell this home I will still be new to this but i will have the confidence to do more of the handyman work myself. Any ideas on how I can find my next project? I have thought about doing the signs that say "I buy houses" , I havent had much luck at buying foreclosures or buying homes on the courthouse steps. Thanks for your help.
